Welcome!

Hi my name is Hillary, and I am a 17 year old from the good old state of Michigan! I just recently found out I have Celiac Disease along with Dairy,egg and possibly Soy allergies. I was also diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called Pellagra. It has been a huge adjustment and quite overwhelming. It is not so much about what I can't eat....it is more about what can I actually eat! It has proved to be a big learning experience so far. I am going to take you through my day to day struggles and triumphs. I hope to help out other people with the same issues. I hope you stay along for the ride!
